Case especially built for housing a selected set of 10 German carving gouges, completed in April/2010. Previously I devised an individual bedding/ fastening system for each gouge since they are quite heterogeneous in length, thickness and shape. It was entirely made of solid Rio rosewood (Dalbergia nigra) remaining scraps. Only hand tools were used. The finishing was done with homemade wax.
